I've spent the last 1.5+ years performing core business analyst and PMO functions at iServeU — running requirement elicitation sessions, authoring BRD/FRD/PRD documentation, and translating ambiguous asks into user stories and acceptance criteria.

In parallel, I coordinate Agile delivery end to end: sprint planning, JIRA/Confluence administration, stakeholder reporting, and UAT support. I like the analyst–coordinator combination because I'm not just documenting what should happen — I'm accountable for tracking whether it actually did, through KPI dashboards built in Power BI and Advanced Excel.

WHAT I DID
  • Managed 6 concurrent projects (₹1–2 Cr each) as Scrum Master, 2-week sprints for teams of 8–12
  • Led a cross-functional team of 15+ across frontend, backend, DevOps, QA and support
  • Built SQL & Power BI dashboards tracking 1–3 lakh monthly transactions
